Cave-Aged Brie

Our Brie (5.6 oz) is cave-aged for at least two weeks in our one-of-a-kind cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese with a creamy & mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave.

Firm & sliceable, this cheese is cold-smoked with Mesquite for a bold flavor. Perfect for slicing, snacking, or grating. Enjoy with vegan meats & mustards or a sweet apple. Our Smoked Cheddar is full of smoky umami, slightly sharp with a natural earthiness. Very firm texture, which makes it an excellent cheese for slicing, shredding, and cubing.
